Ingredients
25fresh voilet flowers
1beaten egg whiteor vegan egg substitute
2tbspfine sugarconfectioner's sugar or whir regular sugar in a food processor
Instructions
Use a tiny paintbrush to paint each flower with the binder (egg white or vegan egg substitute).
Dip each flower into the sugar.
Place the sugar coated flowers on a piece of parchment paper and allow to dry overnight.
