Ingredients
Rosemary Garlic Oil
2cups (460ml)Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2clovesgarlic
5-6sprigsFresh Rosemary
Chilli Oil
2cups (460ml)Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2tbspDried Chilli Flakes
Instructions
Rosemary Garlic Oil:
Wash and thoroughly dry the rosemary sprigs, you don't want any water on them when they go in with the oil. Peel the garlic cloves.
Add everything to a saucepan and heat the oil until it reaches 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Take off the heat and let cool completely for around 2 hours. Store in a glass bottle with an airtight seal.
Chilli Oil:
Add the chilli flakes and olive oil to a pan and heat until the oil reaches 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Take off the heat and let cool completely for around 2 hours. Store in a glass bottle with an airtight seal.
Notes
