Ingredients

  • 1 fresh parsley large bunch (about 1/2 cup finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp oregano finely chopped
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 spring onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 squeeze Lime Juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Finely chop the herbs, the chili, and the spring onion. Mince the garlic.
