Green Stir Fry with 3 Ingredient Steamed Coconut Buns

In a food processor, combine the flour, baking powder and coconut milk and blitz until it comes together in a dough. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour.
Turn the dough onto a floured surface and roll into a sausage shape. Cut into 6 equal pieces and roll into balls. Place each dough ball into a muffin liner (double line them) and evenly place them in the basket of a steamer. Cover with the lid and steam for 12-15 minutes until puffy and cooked through.
Chop all the greens for the stir fry. Heat the sesame oil in a large frying pan or wok and add the vegetables. Fry on a high heat for 2-3 minutes. Add the Garlic and ginger and continue to cook until all the vegetables are cooked through.
Mix the soy sauce and maple syrup in a separate bowl and add to the frying pan. Cook until just hot.
