What's your go-to breakfast? This loaded breakfast naan with chargrilled peppers, avocado, sweetcorn, and egg is a surprisingly satisfying combination. The soft, pillowy naan is the perfect base for all your favorite breakfast toppings!
Heat a little oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat. Heat the naan for 2 minutes on each side until it is completely warmed through. Remove the naan, and crack 2 eggs into the same skillet and fry sunny side up.
Chargrill the peppers on a hot griddle pan until they start to char and you can hear the seeds popping inside.
Top the naan with all the other ingredients and serve immediately.

You can add any other toppings you like to your naan bread, the combination above is my favorite!
