Prevent your screen from going dark
- 1-2 large handfuls Green Asparagus
- 3 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- salt and pepper for seasoning
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Wash the asparagus and trim off the woody ends. Add into a roasting tray with the lemon juice and balsamic vinegar and let marinate for 15 minutes.
Place the roasting dish into the oven for 15 minutes. Once it's cooked, season with salt and pepper and serve warm.
