bunch  red grapes 2  tsps  olive oil pinch  salt honey greek yogurt thyme leaves  fresh walnuts  crushed

Preheat the oven to 320°F (160°C) 
Lay the grapes on a baking tray and drizzle with the olive oil and sprinkle on a small pinch of salt. 
Roast for 30-35 minutes until the grapes have shrunk a little and the liquid is just bubbling outside them. 
Place the yoghurt in a bowl and spoon over grapes. Drizzle with honey, sprinkle on the thyme leaves and crushed walnuts. Serve immediately.
